Abba Technologies ("Abba", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our clients and website visitors. No information collected through our services or website will be sold or intentionally released to the public. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information collected automatically

When you visit www.abbatech.com, our analytics provider (Cloudflare Web Analytics) records aggregate, privacy-respecting data such as page views, referring sites, browser type, and approximate geographic region. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not fingerprint individual visitors.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and support the services you've requested
• Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about projects, proposals, and follow-ups
• Send relevant business communications, such as service updates or invitations to events you've expressed interest in

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. Phone numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share other information only in these limited circumstances:

• Authorized partners and vendors: When you participate in a marketing event co-hosted with one of our technology partners, we may share your name, company, and business email address with that partner so they can follow up directly. We do not share your phone number with partners.
• Service providers: Third parties that help us operate our business (for example, email, CRM, and text messaging platforms) may process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, only to provide services to Abba.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Abba, our clients, or others.

None of the sharing described above includes text messaging opt-in data or consent. That information is never shared with any third party.

Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Abba Technologies, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, such as responses to your inquiries, project and service updates, and appointment reminders. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Protect Your Information

Client information is stored on secure servers and protected with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. We limit access to personal information to employees and contractors who need it to perform their job. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we work to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures site usage without setting cookies or identifying individual visitors. If we add any cookies in the future (for example, to remember a preference you've set), this policy will be updated to reflect that.

Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Ask us what information we have about you
• Request that we correct or update inaccurate information
• Request that we delete your information, subject to any legal or contractual records we're required to keep
