About Laura
Laura Endris joined Abba Technologies in 2018, bringing more than 18 years of experience shaped by a career spanning education, operations, human resources, and leadership. Laura began her professional journey as a teacher, dedicating 10 years of her career to education. In the classroom, she developed core strengths in communication, organization, adaptability, conflict resolution, coaching, and bringing out the best in others.
As her career progressed, Laura recognized that these skills extended far beyond education. Guiding individuals, coordinating competing priorities, creating effective systems, and fostering accountability are also fundamental to strong HR and operational leadership. This natural progression led her to transition into operations and human resources, where she applied her educator's perspective to developing people, organizing teams, strengthening processes, and supporting employees across a variety of workplace settings.
Her commitment to structure, clear communication, and practical problem-solving helps create an environment where people can perform confidently and successfully. As Director of Operations and HR, Laura supports multiple areas of the company, connecting operational priorities with employee needs and serving as a valuable resource to both leadership and staff.

Today, Laura and her husband are raising their four children here, continuing a strong family connection to the state she proudly considers home.
Her commitment to New Mexico extends beyond her family.
