Joseph Jaramillo is Vice President of Digital Services at Abba Technologies, where he leads the company's digital consulting and technology delivery capabilities. Joseph brings more than 20 years of experience leading and delivering complex digital and enterprise technology initiatives for organizations across the United States and around the world.

Throughout his career, Joseph has worked across consulting, engineering, infrastructure, government, and commercial environments, leading multidisciplinary teams and helping organizations turn technology strategy into practical, scalable solutions. His experience spans artificial intelligence, application development and modernization, geospatial technology, data and analytics, automation, digital twins, and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Joseph's focus remains national and global, bringing together teams, technology, and delivery discipline to solve complex business and operational challenges. As a native of New Mexico, he has also made it a priority to use that experience to strengthen the local business and technology community and help New Mexico organizations benefit from the same level of digital capability and innovation being delivered in larger markets.
