ORDERING AND CONFIGURING
Please contact an Abba representative to discuss your application requirements. Abba will use this information to generate a configuration quote that will be the basis of your e-procurement order. Once you have entered the order into the LANS e-procurement system and the order is approved, Abba will process the resulting Purchase Order.
RETURN POLICY
Items that have been received and opened cannot be returned for credit.
- A 10% restocking charge will apply to unopened items.
- For defective or inoperable components or systems, please follow instructions within the Warranty Information section.
- Prior to returning an item, please contact Abba regarding the reason for the return and to obtain return authorization
